At UAVBay, we are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction with every purchase. Our Return & Refund Policy is designed to make the process simple, transparent, and hassle-free for our customers.
1. Return Eligibility
Products are eligible for return or replacement within 5 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
Returns will not be accepted if the product shows signs of use, damage, or tampering.
2. Return & Replacement Request Process
To initiate a return or replacement:
Contact our Customer Support Team via email or phone.
Provide the following details:
Order number
Product details and serial number (if applicable)
Reason for return or replacement with a brief description
3. Return Authorization & Instructions
Once approved, we will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and provide return instructions.
The RMA number must be clearly visible on the returned package.
4. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a UAVBay error (wrong item shipped or defective product).
Use a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery of the return.
5. Inspection & Refund/Replacement Process
Upon receiving the returned item, our team will inspect the product to confirm eligibility.
Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after approval.
Replacements will be shipped based on product availability using standard delivery, unless expedited shipping is requested (extra charges may apply).
6. Defective or Damaged Products
Any damaged or defective products must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
Photo or video evidence may be required for verification before a refund or replacement is processed.
7. Non-Returnable Items
Certain products may not be eligible for return or replacement.
These exclusions will be clearly mentioned at the time of purchase.
8. Warranty Coverage
Some products may include a manufacturer warranty of up to one year.
Warranty claims can be made through UAVBay as per the manufacturer’s terms and conditions.
