Confirmation & Production

Once you approve the quote, we schedule production. Parts are cut, finished, and quality-checked as per the agreed specifications.

Dispatch & Support

Finished parts are securely packed and shipped. For repeat orders, we can reuse the same design files to maintain consistency across batches.

Frequently Asked Questions

1. What file formats do you accept?
DXF, DWG, STEP and PDF are preferred. For simple shapes, a clear sketch with dimensions also works.
2. Is there a minimum order quantity?
No strict MOQ. We can do a single prototype or a full batch. Pricing per part usually improves with higher quantities.
3. Do you only use your own material?
In most cases yes, to ensure consistent quality. For special cases, you can contact us and we’ll check if we can use customer-supplied material.
4. How accurate are the cuts?
We work with standard CNC machining tolerances suitable for drone, robotics and mechanical parts. Let us know if you need critical tolerances on any dimensions.
5. Can I reorder the same design later?
Yes. Once finalized, we save your design data so you can reorder without resending drawings.
